Who can create an account and how?
Access to the OVEO platform is strictly reserved for automotive professionals, ensuring a secure and high-performance environment.
Who can register :
- Dealerships
- Vehicle repairers / Garages
- Used vehicle (UV) traders
- Import/export professionals
How to register ?
To create an account, simply follow these steps:
- Complete the online registration form with :
- Company name
- Company registration number (e.g., SIRET)
- Postal address & country
- Professional email address
- Attach the required documents :
- Recent Kbis extract (less than 3 months old)
- Read and accept the General Terms of Sale and Use{{lien hypertexte dans nouvel onglet}}
- Create a secure password to access your personal account
To save time, have your company registration certificate (Kbis) ready in PDF format before starting your registration.
Forgotten password / Resetting your password
Please note : your login ID is your professional email address.
Don’t worry if you forget your password, you can recover it in just a few clicks:
- Click on “Forgotten password?” from the login module
- You will receive a reset link by email
- Remember to check your spam / junk mail folder
- Follow the link to set a new secure password

Validation timeline and conditions
Your registration is processed manually by our team to guarantee the accuracy and reliability of each account’s information.
- Validation is generally completed within 48 business hours. Our team is committed to processing every application as quickly as possible
- If any information is missing or incorrect, we will request the necessary documents
Use a valid and active professional email address to avoid delays in your validation. Don’t forget to check your spam folder.
Buying a Vehicle
Search and filter available used vehicles
The Sales page gives you quick access to vehicles that match your needs, thanks to a wide range of filters.
Type of sale
- Type of operation (stock, channel, etc.)
- Vehicle type (Passenger Vehicle or LCV)
- Make, model
- Mileage, first registration year
- Storage compound
- Colour, CO² emissions
- Equipment, horsepower (hp), fuel type
- Transmission, body type
Purchase formats
OVEO offers several purchasing formats to suit your preferences and buying pace :
- Fixed price : immediate purchase at the listed price
- Auction : bid in increments on vehicles up for sale. The vehicle is sold to the highest bidder when the time expires
- Blind bid (sealed offer) : submit your purchase price without knowing the reserve price. The highest bidder wins the vehicle if the reserve is met
Activate the automatic ceiling bid feature to simplify your auction purchases. You set your maximum purchase price, and the system will bid on your behalf only if a higher offer is made.
Sales calendar
Stay informed about upcoming sales at a glance via the sales calendar.
- Auctions: every Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 1pm to 5pm
- Fixed-price sales : continuously, except during auction periods. New vehicles are added daily at 5pm
- Manage your subscription to marketing communications
Purchase process: from offer to confirmation
Buying a vehicle on OVEO is quick and straightforward. Here are the main steps :
- Filter the vehicles and mark your favourites to find them easily
- Add one or more selected vehicles to your basket – for fixed-price vehicles
- Confirm your basket : for a fixed-price purchase, the order is immediate. For an auction, the order is confirmed if you win the sale
- Choose your delivery method : pick-up from storage, truck delivery, or driven delivery
- Pay by express transfer or standard bank transfer
- Track your order from your client area
You can export each vehicle sheet as a PDF to share with your clients and colleagues
Payment validation
Each order is validated after payment is received and confirmed by our teams.
Upon receipt of your payment, the validation time is 24 working hours. However, depending on the vehicle supplier, this payment validation may take up to an additional 24 working hours.
To speed up your order validation, ensure you pay the exact amount and include the necessary transfer references.
Accessing the damage report
Each vehicle listed on OVEO includes a detailed condition report :
- Visual diagram of the vehicle indicating any damage
- Photos of the recorded damage
- Potential technical comments from our experts
- All this information can be exported to PDF from the vehicle sheet (the “Export to PDF” button is on the right, below the purchase price)
The cost of repairs is not displayed, as it depends on the garage and the specifics of each used vehicle.
Downloading HD photos of the vehicle
Once the payment is validated, you gain access to the HD photo pack of 16 images without watermarks :
- Downloadable from your customer account
- Usable for listing your vehicles for sale even before delivery
To speed up your stock turnover, list vehicles for sale as soon as your invoice is issued.
Vehicles with recoverable VAT
VAT status is indicated on each vehicle sheet. Depending on the vehicle, VAT may or may not be recoverable. VAT is always recoverable on the service fees invoiced by OVEO.
Check this criterion to optimise your resale margins.
Pricing & Payment
Service fee structure
Service fees are included in the VAT-inclusive price displayed on the site, ensuring full transparency from the start.
Progressive fee scale applied to the net vehicle price (excluding delivery) :

Example: For a vehicle priced at €12,500 incl. VAT (with recoverable VAT), the service fees are calculated on the net price (€10,417 excl. VAT) as follows :
- 7% on €0 to €5,000 = €350 excl. VAT
- 7% on €5,000 to €10,000 = €350 excl. VAT
- 5% on €10,000 to €10,417 = €20.85 excl. VAT
The total service fees for the vehicle are therefore €350 + €350 + €20.85 = €720.85 excl. VAT, or €865 incl. VAT.
Accepted payment methods
You can pay for your orders by secure bank transfer. Two options are available:
- Express transfer : via our integrated payment solution
- Standard transfer : using the company bank details (RIB) provided to you
For faster validation, we recommend using the express payment option. A standard transfer is generally validated within 48 hours.
Instant payment : how it works and benefits
Our instant payment solution is powered by Bridge, a platform approved by the Banque de France. It offers several advantages :
- Payment in just a few clicks from your own banking interface (you must log in to your bank)
- No need to enter IBAN or add a beneficiary
- 100% secure payment
- Pre-filled payment reference for faster processing
- Zero additional fees
How it works ? Once your order is confirmed, you’ll be redirected to your bank via Bridge. Log in, validate and it’s paid !
Delivery & Logistics
Deliveries, timelines, and logistics costs
When finalising your order, you can choose between several logistics options based on your preferences. The costs for the different services are displayed at that time.
- Collection from storage yard :
- Free of charge
- Must be collected within 12 working days following payment, after which storage fees apply: €5 (excl. VAT) / day / vehicle
- The collection note must be presented (paper version only)
- The storage yard collection procedure must be followed.
- Truck delivery :
- Driven delivery :
- A driver collects the vehicle for you from the compound and drives it to your address
- Service provided by our partner DriiveMe in mainland France (excluding Corsica)
- Delivered in 3 working days on average (indicative timeline)
If your address is not accessible by a car transporter, or if you are in a hurry, consider driven delivery
Tracking and modifying a delivery
You can track the status of your order at any time from your client area
To make any changes :
- Contact our customer service as soon as possible (by phone at 01 89 62 39 46 or by email at contact@oveo.com)
- Provide your order number to speed up processing
- Any modification is subject to the progress of the logistics

- Consult your sales history and market trends by model, engine, or trim level.

- Create a favourites list :
- Add vehicles that interest you to your favourites during the visibility phase, before the auctions start.

- Track your current bids from the My Bids page.

- Stay logged in until the end of the event to bid at the right time, and don’t forget to refresh the page.

What type of used vehicles can I sell?
We accept all roadworthy used vehicles :
- Passenger vehicles (PV) or Light Commercial Vehicles (LCV).
- Registered in France and compliant with regulations.
- With all necessary sales documents (registration document, certificate of sale, etc.).
Damaged non-roadworthy vehicles, vehicles without papers, or those in administrative proceedings cannot be accepted.

Export Sales
European Union Export
At OVEO, we facilitate the sale of used vehicles to European clients via a simple and transparent procedure. However, certain obligations remain the buyer’s responsibility.
What you need to know :
- OVEO only sells to companies established in mainland France.
- There is no VAT arrangement : the management of intra-community VAT is your responsibility.
- You are responsible for the legality of the export and customs obligations.
Advice : Ensure your company structure is eligible for the intra-community supply declaration (DEB) and that your accounting processes comply with current standards.

Export outside the European Union
Exporting outside the EU is also possible. It is your responsibility to handle the administrative procedures and to comply with current regulations.
Important reminders :
- OVEO only sells to buyers registered in mainland France
- No customs declaration or formality services are handled by OVEO
- It is your responsibility to manage international transport and the customs obligations of the destination country
- VAT remains payable at the time of sale. It is up to you to reclaim it if the export is proven within the required deadlines
Advice : For a VAT exemption on exports, keep all proof of collection outside the EU, in line with tax requirements.
